Spring has now definitely arrived and the days are increasingly sunnier. It’s the ideal weather to experience nature and the perfect opportunity to explore our territory in the open air, perhaps riding an E-Bike!
In fact, among our valleys there are over 100 cycle paths to discover, dedicated not only to the most trained riders but also to those who simply want to spend an afternoon in good company.
Are you ready for your adventure on two wheels? #HaveAGoodDay!
Do you want to test yourself with an intense excursion? Ascend Mount Cugno and discover the Vodala mountain refuge: starting from Ardesio, in the heart of the Seriana Valley, you can travel about 14 kilometres in constant ascent. The real challenge, however, starts from the Spiazzi, where the more adventurous will be able to experience the ascent to the top. Once you finally arrive at your destination, you will have the opportunity to recharge your e-bike at the refuge… ready for the descent!
If, on the other hand, you are worried about finding a suitable cycle path for yourself in your favourite area, try theE-Bike experiences recommended by us: a tour inPresolana to admire the queen of the Orobie Mountains, or an excursion around Bossico to enjoy the view of Lake Iseo from above. Both routes have a medium level of difficulty, so don’t hesitate to try them!
And of course, after a nice ride it will be time to enjoy lunch! Here are some suggestions to delight the palate as well as having a great view.
Visiting Ristorante Zu, part of the East Lombardy circuit, you can savour unique and exclusive combinations based on traditional dishes, naturally inspired by the lakeside area of Lake Iseo. Their low-temperature cooked char is an excellent example of this union between local products and an innovative approach.
If you want to combine a food and wine experience with a particular architectural visit, the Azienda Agricola Pagnoncelli Folcieri offers you a tailor-made solution. The package includes not only the tour of the family villa, but also a tasting of all the “bottled jewels” that they produce.
What are you waiting for? Take advantage of the sunny days and come and discover the wonders of the province of Bergamo!
